HB 12 - Extreme Risk Firearm Protection Order Changes

What Randy is Tracking:

Also known as the Red Flag Law. Red Flag Laws are designed to chip away at the right to self-defense from enemies foreign, domestic, or governmental.

Legislation would allow law enforcement to seize firearms without a trial and would require law enforcement to report the number and types of ammunition the gunowner has.

HB 11/cs - Paid Family Medical Leave

What Randy is Tracking:

Simply put, the largest tax increase in the State’s History and a business killer.

HB 91 - Public Utility Rate Structure

What Randy is Tracking:

Authorizes discriminatory ratemaking by allowing investor-owned utilities to request from the Public Regulations Commission rate structures that subsidize low-income customers at the expense of other customers.
